Maintenance fees can usually be determined by knowing the per share value amount as well as the share value for the unit that you are looking to purchase. Goods & Services Tax or GST may also be applicable on the maintenance fees.
Proportionate to Size of Unit
As for the share value of the unit, a larger unit usually has a larger share value and likewise, the smaller the unit the smaller the share value. The share value is usually proportionate to the size of the unit.
