Spanning across an area of around eighteen hectares or about thirty three football fields, the Agri-Food Innovation Park is set to enable growth opportunities in the agri-technology sector. This Agri-Food Innovation Park will be completed in phases starting from year 2021.
The innovation park will bring together high-technology farming, such as indoor farming, insect farms, animal feed manufacturing activities as well as research and development activities.
This is also part of Singapore’s vision to be the leader in urban agriculture and aquaculture technology.
With developments up and coming in the Sungei Kadut area, more jobs will also be created closer to homes.
