Having a washroom within your own space can mean better convenience and easier access for staff as people working would not need to walk to the common areas before being able to use the washroom. This helps to save time to get to the washroom. Even if there is no wet pantry with a sink, staff will still be able to have access to a wash basin in the attached washroom.

Sometimes when we are out and looking for a washroom or toilet, we may face a situation whereby the washroom is not accessible due to scheduled or ͏a͏d hoc cleaning. By having an attached washroom, staff will easily be able to access the washroom as and when needed. Cleaning schedule can also be arranged at your own discretion.

By having an attached washroom within the unit, washing mugs, utensils etc will be easier and more convenient for the staff working in the industrial space. Otherwise, staff will have to walk to the common washroom or pantry to do washing.

Another advantage of having an attached washroom would be the availability of water supply from the attached washroom which certain companies may need for operating or maintenance of certain products or equipment.
While having an attached washroom or toilet can offer added convenience and also more control, it would take a little bit of commitment to regularly maintain the washroom. However, this can be outsourced or done in-house as your company prefers.
